Regd. L1B visa

Hi,

I was with company 'A' and got L1 visa from cmpny 'A' . I resigned company A and joined company B.

My L1 visa is valid for 3 years and hence it is valid as per current date. Now If I join back the company A, will that L1 visa be valid. Can I get the US opportunity with that visa.

Hi Arun

Your visa was only for your employment with company A. With the change of company A to B, your visa status will change and you need to be sponsored by B.

When you go back to A, the process has to be started again.
