Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
my relative was on a hsmp work permit for 5 years in 2005 in uk .the company which issued him a workpermit was dissolved in 2006.he came back to his country in india in 2006 and used the same workpermit to go there again in 2009 ,stayed there for 8 months and returned in jan 2010 before his workpermit expired.
he intends to go to uk again on whichever visa he will get .is this an offence and on the basis of this(if uk border agency comes to know about it) will he be rejected for any visa(tourist,business or any of work permit) he applies for.
