Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Sir
what are the various legal criteria/ possible conditions a foreign national needs to fulfil to
get permannent resident visa 2 stay in India leading 2 Indian citizenship.
2. For example , I do know that marriage to Indian national is one such condition.
3. Plz advice on others

its better if you state as to how you wish to claim the residence in india. the same may be done either through PIO card or OCI. unless you state the facts and relation of those who wish to acquire indian residence, it would not serve the purpose.
