Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Hi Sir/Madam
i am married to a usa citizen and i am an indian and i am in process for my visa . i have send all my required original documents to national visa center(NVC). so i have also send them my police clearance certificate which indicates that there is no criminal records on my name. but today i called NVC so they say that i will require my police clearance certificate when i go for my visa interview so now i dont know where should i go and which other police clearance do i have to get prepared when i go for visa interview please help its urgent.

it may be so that the police verification report that you have submitted is not upto the mark or not as per their requirement. you need to check with your lawyer or go directly to NVC and seek information regarding this.
