Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
I have stamped H1B visa under company A and not yet entered into US. I am working for company B and now company B is planning to process L1B visa. My question is, if my L1B is approved will consulate cancel my H1B? Can I enter US with L1B and after some months can I reenter with H1B?

You can have only one Visa at a time while entering US.

i agree with Mr. Seshadri. your earlier visa would be cancelled on you obtaining the L1B and you cannot re enter on the basis of H1B.

I agree with mr.sheshadri, coz issuing authority is same and you will be checked immediately on apply of second viza.
