I Studued in Mumbai from 1972 to 1980 in Navy Nagar Mumbai, then left Maharashtra, joined Armed forces in 1984 and retired in 1999, since then I am residing in Bhayandar (Maharashtra), am I elegible for Domicile, My Father is residing in Bhayandar since 1991
