Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
i had a ten yr visa b1 b2, i travelled 5 times to usa.aftr its expiry i tried for renewing it but even aftr appling twice they dint grant me ,they dont chek my papers at all. nw what next step towards positive results can i take, thanx

The visa officer has absolute discretion in the matter. At times their decisions are influenced by internal instructions about granting particular number of visa to different countries. Stay cool and wait for some time - one or two years - for the situation to change. Do not make any legal attempt. No legal action/advice can help.
