Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Visa denial
I'm a registered nurse and my greencard processing is on the final stage. If I marry someone who has overstayed in US, is there any possibility that my visa will be denied at the US consulate just because of the fact that my spouse had overstayed in US ?

Re: Visa denial
You may consider about postponing your marriage and wait for your immigration; it may be better for your spouse if you marry him after reaching USA so that you may sponsor his 'family based' immigration.
