Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
i want to know about as i had taken a voluntary deportation from uk in 2008 . Right now i am in New zealand . i am planing to apply for my residency in NZ , for i need to obtain a police clearance certificate from uk. In my situation does it gonna affect on my application.. Please reply

it depends as to on what grounds you obtained voluntary deportation. if it involves moral turpitude, it may be difficult to obtain residency in NZ.
