Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
hello my wife is in uk she is under psw work permit. i applied for depedent visa which was refused by eco on basis of no evidence given like phone call records or mail or letters after my wife went to uk now i have submitted my papers and i applied against there decission. if then also they dont give me visa. is there any other legal way to get my visa.

why would they refuse now....
if u have fulfilled what they asked to...
if they still deny u have a remedy or not that depends on their denial ...
so let that comes first ...
