Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
woman divorced by x husband through qazi and waqf board and not through court. The waqf board is registered by govt.of india and has issued legal document of divorce. The child is in custody of mother since birth. what is the procedure for filing of passport of the child by the mother and the related immigration rules, as the father is not ready to render any help in this regard. Does the mother has to file for any parental rights and get legal custody of the child from the court

cannot believe this. Your question in different form has already been answered.
You need to file an affidavit and you need not obtain any help from the father. You sign the form if the child is minor and file an additional affidavit.
