Hello,
I am working with one of IT company in india. My file for the H1B visa was selected for the 2008 year. My file was processed by my company. But now my company is not providing me the H1b visa papers as i m leaving the company. So, is there any legal provision that i can claim my papers from company?

No. The H1B is granted ONLY on employer's sponsorship. If the employer is not willing to help you, the visa may be cancelled. Your other employer, if any, may again apply for H1B on your behalf. For more options you may need to contact an Immigration attorney in USA. If you need a reference, you may send your request by e-mail.
you may file a civil suit for grant of mandatory injunction against the company directing them to return the documents.
