Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
I am working in an IT firm in India. I have my H1-B initiated, but I am leaving the organization due to some reason. So my H1-B will become void.
Will it impact if my new employer raises a H1-B request again?

No . As H1B is a work permit in USA and the company which has sponsored you to USA has filed the petition before USCIS in USA ,has nothing to do with the company in India.
