Legal Question in Insurance Law in India
In case of any vehicle car /two wheeler/truck etc driven by owner/ driver and parked at any place in his vicinity but the person is not holding any valid license or holding invalid license for driving such vehicles, does this effects to the insurance claim for driving the vehicle without license etc.?
Please help in this regard.

the insurance company may decline the claim in case the driver does not hold a valid license.
