change of nomination in insurance policy, from daughter to nephew.
Does nephew as a nominee have rights to recieve the policy amount after the policy holders death?

The purpose of nomination is to have payment of policy amount to nominee in case policy holder is no more in future or any such issue. If policy holder himself expressly make any change in nomination then it would prevail.
