Legal Question in Insurance Law in India
my commercial vehicle was theft and not find yet. now i have applied for claim; insurence company is asking for report u/s ipc 173 duly signed by court, my respective court is TIS HAZARI and magistrate is HEM RAJ(146 court room). i applied for the report but reader told me that you can follow the procedure but he will not call police report and will not issue any NOC for you. In such case what can i do? Without it i will not get claim for my vehicle. help me.
