Legal Question in Insurance Law in India
My friends mother was admitted in hospital for 5 days in june 2010 and coronary angiogram was done. She claimed Rs.53,000/- for that. Again afetr a month in july 2010 she fell ill and was under treatment and claimed Rs.20,000/-. National Insurance company has rejected the claims stating that the disease is a pre-existing one and they have already settled Rs.10,000/- in 2005. she was a having diabetes and she has disclosed it while taking policy

Mother is entitled to get both 53000/ and 20,000/- if both the decease are covered under the policy. For more you can contact me.
