Legal Question in Insurance Law in India
The insurence company is asking for IPC u/s 173 report duly signed by court. This report is for the lost vehicle to intimate claim. But i am not aware of the procedure ;the concern court is Tis Hazari for west delhi. Police station denied to give it to me. Can i apply for it to get it soon?

Ok. You may be having an theft insurance, as i understand. For that insurance company will need charge sheet submitted by police. If police has already submitted charge sheet, then you can get certified of the same, from the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court of Tis Hazari Area.
