personal accident claims
1. driver of a motorcycle is dead
2. he was driving the motorcycle at the time of accident without a valid driving licence
3. he held a driving license which had expired two years back.
what happens to his personal accident claim.

Having licence is an offence but accident killing the person is also crime for which other one is liable.

May not be entitled to his personal accident claim if has violated the terms of insurance on License.

The owner of other vehicle who may have caused accident may be liable to compensate the legal heirs of the deceased.
