Legal Question in Insurance Law in India
i have submitted application to the respective court for u/s 173 crpc for lost vehicle. But the reader informed me that the procedure is there to issue such report;else are doing but this magistrate is not issuing such report. What ever be the debate but nothing will be consider. Now help me what can i do to get this report. (concern court: Tis Hazari; Magistrate: Hem Raj(146). I have to submit this report in insurence company to file claim. advice me asap.

The report submit by police and after that u can get certify copy
