Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
There are 3 properties in Mumbai registered in the name of my Grand Mother. Can i stop her from creating 3rd party rights and seek my rights as Grand son. Grand Mother is alive and I am 18 years old. Grand Father died interstate in the year 2005

yes, you may seek partition of these properties and in the suit for partition, also move an application seek stay against grand mother from creating any third party interest in these properties.

No you cannot do anything with these 3 properties as your Grand Mother has all along being the owner. Your Grand Father died intestate does not help you to get a share in your Grand Mothers property.
