Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
i am 40 years old divorce living with my parents who are old & sick i try to help them at my best but all time they are demanding money which at times i am not able to help they all time threat me to throw out of home & sell the home.
the property is their self made but they took their share from our ancestral property.
i want to know do i have any right for my future security can i stop them from selling the house or if does so can i claim something from them

You have no right or share in your parents property.
