can I amd how to copyright Poems

hi

I will be obliged, if u tell me how can i get my Poems copyrighted.

I am also having some of my other creations in writing which i need to be copyrighted.

please suggest how can i proceed for this.

there is a procedure for getting copyrights registered. you need to fill up the form and on payment has to register it in the office and then it will be registered.

yes ofcourse u can have copyright on ur poems for sure if u want. u must file application and materials of your books/ poems with the relevent documents in the Copyright Registry.

its a process there like TM registry. u should find out that or contact the lawyer

It the Procedure.

You have to appraoch Trade Mark office and register poems copy righted and patent rights.

Usually these offices are sutiated in the capital of the state.
