builder is asking to take over the socty

still 1 complete building is not built by builder ha is talking of partial handover we have ask him several document regarding hand over and socty formation

Another issue is water we are in pune whagoli which is grampanchayat what can we do to get water connection currently our socty is running on tankers cost is too much builder want us to bare the water cost apart from maintenance

Dear Sir / Madam,

If all the flats in the building are already sold by the builder and the Society has already been formed, the Managing Committee of the Society should persuade the builder to convey the property to the Society. They should also persuade the builder to immediately file a joint application with the Whagoli Municipality Office for the water connection which comes under the essential services category.
