Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
I have been cheated by a software developer living in Romania, I have paid him USD 2000 so far via oDesk, a mediating website. The developer has suddenly gone missing, refuses to pick up my phones or answer my emails. I am currently based in India and would like to take legal action against the developer. Any advise would be gold dust. Thank you

you can make a complaint to FBI's internet crime complaint center and also go through the site to educate your so you do not fall into the trap. you may visit www.karvai.in for further guidance.

you may take the root of romanian embassy by filing the complaint there.
