Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

As per the conversation which we had about:-

1) Repacking and 2) Is the mandatory to show the manufacturer name in the packet?

I am very much satisfied about the answers. But still i have a doubt that, we are planning pack tea powder. But we are not buying tea powder from one place, from various factories we are taking the best quality tea dust and we are selling as a new brand. In this time how can we show a manufacturer name in the packet? Please advice.

Are you giing to mix the dust tea collected from various factories and ging to develop your own dust tea as a brand.? Then there is no question as the new mixture dust is your own product which will be different from other dusts yiu have collected from varios factories. You need nit quote the name of the different factories. You can mark the label as your own brand.

It seems you are 're-mixing' the tea; hence it tent-amounts to anew product; therefore you need not seek manufacturers' approval, and you can mark it as your own product - your own label.
