Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Copyright Issues
Hi. am residing in India and i have started a t shirt designing company. While surfing the internet, i found a couple of nice rock posters of American rock bands of the likes of Pink Floyd. I wanted to know that what do i have to do if i want to print these on the t shirts we manufacture. If i need to get a liscence of some kind, do i get from the band management or the site which has put up the posters online. Waiting eagerly for your reply. Thanks in advance.

legally u need to have licence or permisssion from them to print but illegally you can print, which is usually done by small scale manufacturers
