Copyright for Quotes and Shortcuts

Dear Sir

I would be glad to know if great quotations (i.e. sayings such as ''Old is Gold'', etc.) and shortcut keys of various softwares contain any copyright restrictions.

That is, can I create a website that contains many different quotes, or shortcut keys of various softwares, and monetize my website or they contain copyright restrictions and hence I cannot use them for commercial website. Thanks.

in case there is a website in existence and your software contains the same name, there would certainly be copyright restrictions. u need to keep a name dissimilar to the existing site.

Different name is required to be registered for web site containing quote etc.
