The deceased Mrs.Zulekha Bi is the sister of Mrs.Fathima Bee and aunt of Mr.Abdul Rahman. Mrs. Zulekha Bi�s husband predeceased her. She left no issues. She dies intestate on 13.12.1991 at Gingee.

The deceased Zulekha Bi was residing at 55 syed hussain street Gingee along with the Ms.Fathima Bee and her children at the time of her death. It was her permanent residence. She left movables and immovable and valuables securities at Gingee.

The deceased Zulekha Bi had a brother Abdul Ajees and 3 sisters, viz., Alima Bi, Abhishare Bi and Fathima Bi. Except Fathima Bee the other sisters predeceased her. Mr. Abdul Rahman is the only son of Abdhul Ajeez, who is only brother of Zulekha Bi.

Mrs. Fathima Bee died in year 2000 and she have four children Namely, Mr.Mohamed Azam, Mr.Mohammed Khaleel, Mrs.Fyzoon Bi & Mr.Abdul Khalam

How the movable and immovable securities have to be shared now between Mr.Abdul Rahman, Mr.Mohamed Azam, Mr.Mohammed Khaleel, Mrs.Fyzoon Bi & Mr.Abdul Kalam
