Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
I am B.E. in Electrical & Electronics, Passed 2002. Presently I am doing a part time job as Lead Auditor ISO 9001: 2008 Certification. I am also doing LL.B. and will clear it next year.. Do I need to give the patent agent exam to be a patent agent? Or after I get my law degree can I practice patent filing without the exam? What is the procedure in that case?
