Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
What do I need to do to ensure that our company's "inspired" merchandise is legal? E.g., many websites in India sell posters, t-shirts etc. that are inspired by movies, games, TV shows etc. but do not explicitly demonstrate endorsement of those products. They also do not have the name of the product on it. If we want to do the same, what should we keep in mind?

Your question is too general - to answer here. You need to take legal advise, based on each product that you may have.
