family property

my father is a drunkard and mentally unfit.he is legal owner of his late mother's propertyand tries to use it unwisely.i m 21yrs old[girl]. n my brother is 17 yrs old.what can we do to save our property from him?

you can ask for partition of the property and then you can save as much u can but u can not save everything.

you may file suit for partition and for your share in said property.But firstly you have to get stay/restrain order against your father from selling / alienating the property.Incase of need,contact with details.

you can get an injuntion against your father retraining him from alienating the property and you can file for partition
