my father aquired a house from his grand father ,we are 2 brothers &2sisters ,in his will he had given d share of house to his sons , iam d 2nd daughter can i claim for my share. what happen if i do & my sister doesnt do , weather there will b 3 share or my sister will also get share without demanding

you cant claim property mentioned in the Will and the same will go to your brothers mentioned in the will. In case it is mentioned "ALL OF MY PROPERTY" in the will, then you cant claim anything.
In case anything is intestate (not covered by will), then in case you claim, you will get share. Also your sisters wil get their share unless they reject it expressly
