Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
I am a father in India.I came to know that my son is a fraud and is ill treating me for every thing and want to take away property which I have earned.I want to disown him legally as I dont want to keep any ties with him nor give my property

if the property you own is your self acquired property and not an ancestral or joint family property, you may disown your son by effecting a publication in the daily newspaper and also executing registered documents in this regard. you may seek help of a local lawyer in the regard. if you possess joint property, you may disown him qua your share of property.
