Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
my father owned a agricultral land in village in the year 2000 and he has registered the land to his to his mother name (my grand mother) because he live in the city and he cannot look after the land . without my mother permission . but now grand mother is dividing the land to her 5 children including my father . but we want want full property now . what can we do ?
