My father purchased a property but he has nominated them to a trust. Can I make a claim

You should persuade your father to nominate you in the property in place of the trust.

A nominee is mere trustee, and not an owner, hence after demise of your father you can stake claim on the property. If he has gifted it to the Trust then you cannot do anything.
