How can i file for patents, what are the procedures for filing a patent and how long it takes for that.
Can computer softwares application also comes under patents.

the patents can be filed with the help of a lawyer and computer softwares fall under the category of copyright material.

You are talking about patents etc . You need a lawyer for the same. Dont be a miser or stingy in your approach . Even if i tell you the procedure you still would not be able file for patents on your own. Engage a good lawyer.
