we gave property on lease agreement basis for 3 years now they are not vacating the property assesment tax are paid by us in the name of my grand fathers name,

Your question is not clear. But as I understand, the tenant (Lessee) is not vacating. Issue appropriate notice through advocate and initiate eviction proceedings.
