Who can give Valuation Certificate of Trademark.

Please inform me who can give the certificate of valuation of trademark.

The Registrar of Trade Marks can provide you the valuation certificate.

This registrar appointed by the Central Govt.This person also called as Controller-General.

He can provides the certifiacte in case of Patents,Designs as well.

The Head Office is at Mumbai but you can get the certificate from any of it's branches which are situated at New Delhi,Kolkata,Chennai and Ahemdabad, as per your convenience.

An approved Patent Agent or an Patent Attorney is competent to issue such a certificiate.
