my husband staying in aboad he has 2 sister 5 brother his parents has 4 acre land heridetly then their one brother has his own name property is 3acre and his another brother purchase land and register that property to his wife. now my husband purchase 30 acre land in another state without informing them is this property is partitioned after informing them if they have any objection withregards this property is it activate if all brother want to partition which property comes under partition please inform us

in case your husband purchased the property out of his own funds, it would be considered his self acquired property and not subject to partition.
