hollo my wife did the exparty divorce on grounds of cruety in india as she had yaffairs and saidshe wanted to get married iwas in uk at the time in 2007 she ttning me and false vilage elders are listening to her please coulf someone ook3lac in westten union and 3lac cash she only left for a short while a few weeks back to live in my parents poperty with my 2 children she did say that if i gave her money it would be final and she wouldnot ask for more thenshe left my propert and took my children and i have found out she bought her own house for 5 lac she now has filled a 125 crpc maintenance could anyone tellme would she get any money ? as she already had money western uinon receipts ihave on oneday before divorce iam unwilling to give in to her blackmal but am willing to lookafter my childeen daughter 10 son 9 yrs i can bring them with custody to england and willgive them a good sandard of living education would i get my children as she is of not good character and has many friends her family keep threatening me and false village elders are listening to her please could sommeone advise as i dont want to pay her any more but am willing to look after my children would i have topay and if i refused would i get arrested if i come to india

there is no question of arrest in this case. you can come to India anytime.
As regards you children , you can file case for custody in India. and also if you think that she took the exparte divorse without you being intimated ,, then you can also file a case for recalling that decree of divorse.

She has not filed any criminal complaint against you so therefore the question of arrest does not arise. You can claim your children custody by filing a petition before the Court and i think the law would be on your side if you are able to satisfy the court about her adulteress nature.
