�� A, a music composer has composed a music for a movie in which B, has contributed the lyrics and C has sung it. D manages the orchestra for that particular song. Discuss the rights of the (a) composer, (b) lyricist, (c) singer, (d) orchestra manager and (e) producer of the film. The same song was adopted and put in a music album. Discuss the rights of those artists also.

You may want to refer to the relevant provisions of the Copy Rights Act and the Trade & Merchandise Act with any other statute/rules or contract executed by all of you with third parties as also amongst all of you.
