Amrish puri died in the month of January. NDTV broadcast one hour programme covering the life and work of him through collating scenes from different movies of his. The same programme wa recorded by anothe r TV cahannel and they broadcasted it, what to advice NDTV

It is a case of infringement of copy right.Go for damages.

NDTV can sue the other news channel, if they have broadcasted the ditto programm of them.
They can only take action againsthe their programm, but not for the Amrish Puri Movies scenes.
NDTV may go for filing of suit for infringement of Copyright.
