Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Mine is a love marriage. My husband is Kannadiga and I am Tamilian. We both are together only. My doubts is "in my child school application form can i mention the mother tongue and sub-caste of mine". I just wanted to know is that possible to give my mother tongue. Even my husband is agreed for it. But is it legally valued. Please let me know.
