my sis inlaw had booked 498 agnst our whole family in 2008 my brother is in uk now my brothr is comming to india can we take anticipatry bail before he returns to india or apply anticipatory only after he reach india. please help regardng this.

your brother needs to hire a lawyer in india and sent a power of attorney duly attested by the notary public there and anticipatory bail can be filed and obtained. contact a lawyer for this.
