Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

I have opened a new retail business for accessories like hanndbags, wallets and belts made of mainly leather, artificial leather and different types of textiles, either woven or raw.

Can i name it fahrenHIDE? considering that there is already a clothing line named fahrenheit
