For optaining morgage or reverse-morgage loan from the bank, does the bank need to check with the society managing comittee regarding the title of the flat ??
What are the requirements for a loan on property or morgage loans ??

All documents and evidence to show that you have title will have to be produced for title check as well as equitable mortgage.

it is pretty obvious that the bank would do all that is required to extend the loan on mortgage of property. how can you mortgage a property where your title is not clear.
