Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
My parents who owned a flat have died. I don't have any original papers of the flat like the share certificate or original previous aggrements. All the original documents are lost. I do have zerox copies however. How can I, as their only son sell the flat ?? What do I have to do ?? Can a flat be sold without original papers ??? Please advise.
