i am a chritian , ihave a property that belongs to my grandfather,but now it got converted into my fathers name and then after that on my mother name , Iwant to ask you that wheter i need to give any share to my father s sisiter legally or not. Thank you

if after grandfathers death she would have claimed then it would have been different. now i feel that you need not give any share to her now. but documents are required to be seen for better advice.

Father's sister is legally entitled to have equal share in the property of grand father.
