Property distribution
�After the death of my father, my father married again. To my mother one son and one daughter and to my step mother 5 sons and one daughter. Now my father and step mother also died. My father had an ancestral property. Please clarify whether the entire property will be divided into two halves between the two wives and subsequently to their children and if so, under which section of Hindu Succession Act.�

In past I have already given reply to this query.The way of division as suggested by you is wrong.Property shall be divided in egual proportion among all eight legal heirs of your father.
